FAQ
- What happens during the initial consultation?
-
The initial 20-45 minute meeting between your pet sitter, you, and your pet takes place at least 24 hours prior to the beginning of service. Most importantly, it allows you to learn more about us, and to see if our service is right for you. It allows the sitter to interact with your pet in your presence, which is important when deciding which service is right for you!
- How do I know when my pet sitter is at my home and that my pets are safe?
-
Your pet sitter will write a detailed journal or email after her visit, along with the time of the visit. If a daily call would make you feel more secure, just let us know. We aim to provide you with personalized service, tailored to meet your needs!
- What things do I need to do before I leave town?
-
We will provide you with a complimentary checklist to help you and your pets get ready for our visit. If you'd like to see a similar checklist, the National Association of Professional Pet Sitter's website has a sample for viewing: http://www.petsitters.org/index.cfm?section=PetOwners&content=get-the-most-prepare
